How do I get started?

Click Sign-Up/Login button at the top of the page and follow the steps to create an account. Proceed to place yout first order.

How do I place an order?

Click on the “Place an Order” link. Before you can proceed, you will need to select a location from the list of addresses displayed. You will also need to add your preferred payment method and enter the required information. To place your order, select the “locker” from the dropdown menu, the “service type,” enter any notes and promotional code, and click “Next.” On the next screen, verify the information is correct then click on “Yes, Place This Order.”

How do I pay?

Before you can place an order, you will need to select your preferred payment type. Follow the directions on the website and enter the required information.

How soon can I get my order?

Cleaned items will be delivered back to the locker within 48 hours from drop off.

How do I tell you how I want my clothes to be cleaned?

Log in to your account and under the “Account Menu” section, select “My Laundry Settings” and select your preferences.

Where do I drop off? Do I have a fixed location?

Our lockers are conveniently located in your buildings. You may drop off your items in any available locker.

Do I separate dry clean from wash and fold?

Yes, dry cleaning and wash & fold items must be placed in separate bags. For first time users, please complete the labels provided with your “welcome” bags. You may use any/additional bag(s) but please ensure each one is labeled.
